Due to demand by many users who failed to install alkasir properly, we have combined the needed files (Windows Installer 3.1 and Net Framework 2.0) with alkasir's setup file to form a self-extracting installation package.
You can download the package and install it from here (30 MB)
It is highly recommended that you download and install the above file if you have failed to have alkasir work properly for any reason.
